We work in the UTC -05:00 time zone, more or less.  We work in a lean and agile execution model.

You should be near this time zone, or enjoy working in it.  Excellent bandwidth, and video conferencing skills are required.

Some of our stack:  node.js, express, mongoDB, jQuery Mobile, EngineYard, GitHub, mocha, zombie, Selenium.  You should know these technologies well.
